Mike was quick and prompt with what needed to be done and how the process was going to be. He explained the process and explained what he would be assisting me with. All I needed to do was pay the fee and everything would be taken care of and I wouldn’t need to do anything else. He was able to get my ticket dismissed and not be on my record.
