Pros
1
Highly skilled and experienced attorney who navigates difficult situations with compelling arguments grounded in the law and imbued with humanity
“Molly was especially valued at key moments, like a hearing for temporary orders, or during mediation and arbitration. She gets to the key points with compelling arguments that are grounded in the law, but imbued with humanity and heart.”
2
Dedicated and attentive representation that makes clients feel like a priority
“Molly worked on my very long, drawn out case and she was excellent throughout the whole process from beginning to end. She spent so much time and dedication, I felt like I was her only client.”
3
Effective at conflict resolution and achieving favorable outcomes without the need for trial
“Where Sam stood out, in my opinion, was the ability to navigate hostile relationships to find a common ground from which a settlement could be built upon. This prevented my case (in which I was a defendant to an adverse possession lawsuit) from going to trial and costing everyone more money and my project more time to completion.”
4
Thorough understanding of relevant laws and ability to uncover key recommendations that other lawyers miss
“Furthermore, Mr. Rodabough understood the real estate transaction and law so intricately that he was able to uncover key recommendations that many other lawyers that reviewed our case failed to either understand or mention.”
5
Responsive, accessible, and personable in their approach to clients
“From the beginning I have been impressed by her honesty, competence and moral compass. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future should I need an attorney.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and poor communication from the law office
“I tried obtaining an initial intake appointment first time at this firm. Unprofessional appearance. I sent a voicemail, emailed multiple times. Often my emails were not responded to until I emailed back multiple times. They went ignored as well.”
2
Expensive billing practices that may not align with the value provided
“If the initial cost was $500++ for Printing, Enveloping and Delivering 2 mails to USPS Office before the discount. Paper, ink, postage still charged to client. In my opinion. it is still expensive.”
