Simple - I needed help. I had a question and Jon Lee answered my question. I was dealing with the insurance agency of the person that hit my car and they were trying to manipulate me using unethical tactics. Jon helped me understand my rights and I was able to defend myself against them. Top marks for PLG! Remember you have rights and don't get pushed around. Call PLG and send the insurance idiots running. I want to reveal the name of the insurance agency as they deserve to be ratted out. They deserve to be put out of business, but I will hold back! Amendment - After further antics from the insurance company, for which I successfully beat thanks to advice from PLG, I am going to rat them out. Let's just say their name rhymes with "FRAUDspire".
