My experience was very positive which was important to me as this was my first time in this type of a legal situation. The team was prompt with responses and very thorough in obtaining accurate information pertaining to my case. The team communicated updates in a timely manner to me as well as taking time to check in with me regarding my recovery and journey through the legal and emotional process. I appreciated the knowledge they shared with me regarding what to expect throughout each phase and the consistent follow up in how the case was progressing. I came here with high expectations because of all the raving reviews. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because Patrick gave one small piece of almost helpful advice. Other than that I did not feel like I was being heard at all and he was super unhelpful. My job wrongfully terminated me and is withholding the paperwork that I need to receive unemployment. Should be an open and shut case. His advise, "Just keep hounding them and eventually I'll get some help". I've been hounding them for well over a month now! Then he also says that he doesn't know anything about how government jobs work. Um.... aren't you supposed to be an employment lawyer? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Clearly these folks are just collecting people's money and giving bare minimum effort. $375 down the toilet.

I ran into a sticky employment situation that was very confusing. I shared my story with Kevin and during our consultation he was able to provide the information I needed and where I stood legally. I was turned down by a few law firms, who said I didn't have a case against the city. I called Premier Law Group, had an initial consultation with them, and they decided to take my case.
