I highly recommend Elena T. Spirine, Lawyer located in Bellevue to handle immigration cases. Three years ago, Elena T. Spirine handled my case with the immigration office. The outcome was that she won my case and I am currently a permanent resident of the USA which has brought me great happiness and joy. She and her team were very professional and efficient, when it came to handling my case. I was immediately made aware of her integrity and commitment to her job. She has a clear understanding of the immigration process and this was evident after my first encounter with her. Any concern I had was immediately addressed, and her staff was courteous and attentive. They made me feel my case was the only one that existed, when in reality, she had over a hundred of cases. Her genuineness, warmth and kindness make her seem like a very close friend. I found that she is not only an exceptional professional but also and empathetic and caring human being. What was an overwhelming process was simplified. Any anxiety and uncertainty was eliminated. Elena has walked me through every step of the process. I have felt confident and secure and most important, stress free. She communicated via email, phone calls, and meetings. Moreover, she gave me her cell phone number! I hired Ms. Tspirin in 2014 to help with a complex immigration issue that I had gotten myself into. US Customs and Immigration Service officially said 'no' to my requests. Elena has been our lawyer for over 2 months now for 2 separate auto accident claims. We still have not talked to her, only her various assistants and secretaries. She hasn't answered any of our questions, has not helped with rental cars, work loss benefits, and now a missing check from the insurance agency. Its gotten to the point where we are calling the adjusters to get information. The "missing" check has already been cashed, not by us, and Elena and her staff are still trying to get more information about it, for several weeks now. At this point, I know more from the adjuster than my lawyer does. Will never recommend, even to my enemies, and will try to lose her as a lawyer asap. Waste of time, money, and headache.

Elena and her staff handled my car accident case. she got an amazing settlement for us, even got the insurance company to pay more money for our car. everything was so good; we didn't worry about our bills or anything.

Elena handled a very hrd case for my family. I read the other review that said something bad about Ms. Elena. This person is wrong. There is big difference between helping someone who can be helped and has a case and not being able to do anything because no one can. If something can be done to help a person, Elena is the best to do it

Ms. Tsiprin is a not responsible lawyer. Her knowledge of the law is poor, and she makes assumption without backing them up by facts. We had an immigration case, and it remained unfinished, due to her lack of attention, and ignoring me.

Elena took the time to explain everything to me. She exceeded all of my expectations in handling my immigration matter and I recoomend her highly.
