Throughout my DUI case, Attorney Diego was in perfect condition and demonstrated his professionalism. Guided me through every step of the way and finally reached an agreement with the prosecutor to close my case with reckless driving.

Diego Vargas came highly recommended to me from my divorce attorney and I’m glad he was. Hiring a defense attorney can be intimidating and confusing as you don’t always know what you’re getting. I retained Diego as my lawyer following a DUI charge in 2018. This wasn't my first go around so I was honestly so scared and thought my life would be over. Diego came recommended by a couple people who said I needed someone fierce to represent me, esp. if I went to trial. I was pleased with the quick response times from Diego. My communication went directly through him versus an assistant and I felt very much at ease having him represent me. Given the details of my case we decided it was best not to go to trial and took a plea deal. I remember one other lawyer telling me that if Diego is representing you you will not go to jail. Now we are working on terminating my probation early and I am thankful for his help in that regard. Hopefully I won't ever have to retain a criminal defense attorney again in my life. I do, however, recommend him if you're looking for someone honest, upfront and diligent.

While choosing a lawyer at first seemed daunting, meeting Diego made the decision all that much easier. I knew I needed to find a lawyer that I connected with on a personal level. My first DUI was scary, but Diego Vargas did a great job easing my fears and walking me through the process. Quick to respond to my questions and concerns. My DUI was reduced to a Reckless Driving, and was ultimately Dismissed after a two year probation. Can't recommend Diego and his office enough.

I hired Diego 10 years ago to represent me for a DUI case. He was recommended to me by a good friend who is also a lawyer. At the time he was the partner in a firm who had great success with getting the job done. The firm was known for helping clients to win cases with the inaccuracy of the breathalizer as well as other strategies or important loopholes that would help a defendant win in court cases. Diego was extremely professional and well liked in the courtroom by the judge and the "other side" as well, which also helps the client whether they are aware of it or not. Overall I had a great result and was not charged with DUI.

Diego had always been courteous, respectful and most of all, responds promptly especially during times when I have specific questions when I was feeling scared and confused about my case, sometimes even after hours. He is knowledgeable and always finds answers to countless questions through the length of my case and beyond. I cannot emphasize how he respects his clients.

I married an immigrant and brought her and family here to US, after about a year I noticed that my wife was only really interested in money and immigration. After over a year had passed, I wanted to separate as seemed our relationship could not be fixed. As a backup plan my wife planned and falsely accused me of Domestic Violence in order to obtain a special immigration Visa and to take control of my home. Mr. Vargas approached the case at the speedy manner I wanted to so I could take this to trial and recover my home. Additionally, Mr. Vargas would always return my phone calls immediately and respond to emails no matter where he was at the time. An extremely strong work ethic which I agree with this philosophy to get things done. After refusing the dismissal deal at Mr. Vargas recommendation and my agreement we took case to trial, the jury quickly delivered a Not Guilty. Now I am able to put my life back together.
