He was always really professional with me. This was my first case ever and he was very patient with me. (I get really emotional sometimes....) He helped me a lot and brought my case down which was something almost impossible to get! I’m really grateful I reached out to him, he is always available for you and very knowledgeable! He was super flexible on me to pay him in a manner I was able to, and he was always letting me know things of the case and asked if I had any questions. I really appreciate the effort he put in my case and fought even when I had given up just for a tiny moment. Anyways, from the bottom of my heart, thank you Matthew Leyba! Highly recommended

When I found myself in need of an attorney I made calls to as many lawyers as I could and felt entirely overwhelmed. Dealing with legal issues can be so scary! However, I left my consultation with Matthew feeling reassured and hopeful. His honest approach and thorough explanation of the process ahead made him the clear choice for me at the time. Now that my case is resolved, I do not doubt that I made the right choice! Matt was truly great every step of the way. Dealing with my first ever court case, being a DUI, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it than Matthew. During the pandemic there was a lot of confusion within the courthouses that was causing stress on me and my family. Mr. Leyba was always there to talk and keep me in touch with what was going on, especially since he seemed to know more about the court system than the prosecutors. He always was the most professional and poised man in the courtroom and held control of the situation before and after the many many long drawn out court dates. He would consistently text me to keep me updated aswell and let me know if anything changed right when it did. Matthew is so professional aswell as understanding of people’s situations and truly takes the time to make sure you are happy and in touch with what is going on. I 100% recommend anyone going through any prosecution should contact Matthew as he not only lowered my case to a reckless driving, he did it will poise and made it much less stressful since I knew he was handling it thoroughly.
