Called to hire Attorney to defend us against a party who’s suing us for alleged injuries… I was informed by secretary/receptionist they don’t handle those kind of cases. I confirmed with receptionist, so you won’t represent the defendant? She confirmed they don’t take those cases. That’s a shame!

Tom Lyden was contracted to be my public defender when I was facing over 10 felony charges. Everyone knows that most public defenders don’t always produce the best results because they are overworked with case loads miles long. Not Mr. Lyden. He answered the phone every time I called. He went far out of his way to help me get paperwork done when I was working overtime and was unable to make it to the office during business hours. On top of his obvious genuine care for my personal well-being and recovery, he fought my case for over 5 years for what I recently learned was very little pay. The end result was miraculous. For the multiple felony charges, I walked away with community service, no jail time, and zero felony convictions. I whole heartedly believe that if it wasn’t for the genuine care and hard work of Mr. Lyden I would have been sent to prison. I want to shout from the rooftops about how amazing he is. He worked so hard for me, and I know he will work hard for you too!

I had the pleasure of having Michael Tario on my side from a MVA. Due to covid the case got pushed back but he was kind and patient. He is def someone that you want on your side. His associates were also very kind and helpful. This team is unstoppable. If you want someone hood and solid defending you Michael is def the guy to have your back!!!!

The amazing people at Tario and Associates took the stress of dealing with an auto accident claim off my shoulder. They answered every question I had quickly and with professionalism from day one. Even with the pandemic they reached out to let me know they were still working on the case and would be able to available via e-mail and phone until in person was available again. They laid out every step and expected expenditures in detail from the very start so there wasn’t any surprises throughout the process. Even out first free consultation meeting at no point did Michael or Sandy mention taking me on as a client they answered all my question fully and in detail. Wasn’t until our hour ended did they ask if I was interested in hiring them to take my case. I was rear ended and first sought help from a group I heard on the radio. They went through a total of five lawyers and paralegals in my case and nothing ever happened. I went to Tario and Associates and finally had results for what was a cut-and dry case. I cannot recommend them enough. There's a reason these other guys have to spend money to get business, don't waste your time, go straight with the team who will get results.
