Scott Railton is a tremendous lawyer specializing in cross-border law. I traveled from the US to Canada without an I-131 advanced parole document and was denied entry at the border. I've asked more than dozen of lawyers but no one was able to assist me. Scott is the only person who listened to my concern and walked me thru the possibilities to get me back to the US. He has connections at the Vancouver Preclearance. After contacting the port director, fortunately, the humanity parole was approved and I was finally able to go back home.
