I hired the Allen Law Firm after I was injured on the job, and had been totally dismissed by my employer and felt I was getting the run around from the department of Labor and Industries. I was very happy with Craig, his paralegals and other staff at the office. They all seemed professional and compassionate. They were able to get time loss started for me, referred me to an excellent doctor with lots of experience in this type of thing, and I finally felt like I was getting the treatment I needed to get better. The only thing I wasn't %100 happy with was that I couldn't always talk to my paralegal when I wanted to and had to leave a voice mail. Sometimes they would take a day or two to get back to me, but they always did eventually so I guess that was ok.

He went to bat in my behalf and got a decent settlement, but most of all, he didn't allow insurance companies to get away without liability.
