Mr. Berning and his staff were instrumental in helping my Swiss wife and I through the process of getting her marriage visa and green card for the U.S. I found them to be helpful and friendly through the entire paperwork process and waiting periods. Mr. Berning is very knowledgable in his field and if he doesn't know he will tell you so and research the question in doubt until he finds the Right answer. While our I-130 marriage visa was processing it took twice the normal estimated time, during the entire time (and a little panic on our side) he stayed helpful, positive, and encouraging. I would highly recommend him to any one with visa needs.
