Tanya Chevis made a seemingly impossible situation come together for my husband and me. We are American citizens living in Vancouver Canada and needed an American notary for paperwork for refinancing our California property. The borders were closured due to the Covid19 pandemic and the US Embassy in Canada was booked for notarizing till well after the lender's due date. Tanya had the great idea of completing the process at Peach Arch Park at the Canadian/American border to sign. We were on the Canadian side and she was in America. Totally legal and absolutely BRILLIANT. And she found some errors in the original paperwork that the lender missed. Thank you, Tanya.
