I contacted Tanya after a stressful morning and I needed a document notarized ASAP. I was from Canada and had only a short time in Blaine before catching a ferry to return home. Tanya fit me in right away. She was very thorough, competent and kind and has followed up in every respect. I highly recommend her!

We went down to Blaine from Vancouver to get some documents notarized for real estate transactions in the US. Tanya was efficient, knowledgeable about the different requirements from state to state, and very careful to go over the documents in the detail that they required. We will be going back any time we need more US notary or paralegal services.
