Autumn took on our car accident case where liability was in question. Our case took over two years to settle. Her office was professional, timely, answered all our questions. In deposition and arbitration Autumn was realistic, clear, succinct, professional, spoke her mind, took the time to really get to know our family and took care of us in the end. Hopefully we don’t need to use her offices again but if we do, we’d definitely call on her services. I’ll be recommending her to anyone that needs her services as well.

I was in a car accident in 2016 and Autumn's law firm took care of the case for me. They really made sure everything was seamless. It was also a challenging time for me as we were planning on getting pregnant and I felt I connected with Autumn at a personal level too during all this since I needed to talk about whether I would continue to have care during the pregnancy. We contacted the Palumbo firm twice in the months following my wife's auto accident, when we felt we were being "jerked around" by the responsible insurance companies. After the first contact, Autumn Palumbo had a lengthy and complete meeting with us, explaining the possible outcomes of using their services. They did not try to steer us into using them, just objectively explained the process and took time to understand the details of our situation. I retained Autumn's firm in a personal injury case. I was worried that it was a churn firm, but the quality of the service, and ultimately the outcome could not have been better. Autumn and her associates were knowledgeable and responsive to me and my interests. At one point, she even recommended that I contact another attorney in another firm because it may have been better for my case. When I asked her how much I would owe if I chose to go with the other firm, the answer was "nothing". I contacted the other attorney, discussed my case with him, and chose to remain with Autumn and her firm. I have no regrets, and would highly recommend Autumn and her team.

I'll start with the fact that I have had several personal injury attorneys in the past and my experience with attorneys has not been the best. I have never been happy with my experience, until now, and I have a whole new perspective of what an attorney should be. From my introduction with the firm everyone appeared professional which is not atypical. Most firms put on a good "face". The difference was the process. P&W called me, emailed me, kept me informed about every part of the process, and I never felt like I was missing information. My mediation process was the absolute best ever. Autumn was like a master chess player in there. She knew exactly what moves the other side would make and all day long she precisely calculated each step. I have never seen any attorney be that good before. Not only would I use Autumn again but I would not use any other attorney if given a choice...and I would say the same about the firm too.
