I hired Max after I was run off the road on my motorcycle by a car in February of 2016. After meeting with several attorneys, Max proved not only to be the most experienced in motorcycle crash cases, but was also professional and realistic. He never made any unrealistic promises and has always kept me up to date on the progress of my case. In addition, Max was the perfect liaison between the insurance companies and medical insurance, making sure my interests came first. I have and will continue to recommend Max every chance I get.

I was a pedestrian hit by a car. It’s not a situation myself or anyone I knew had ever been in. I searched the web to find info/laws pertaining to this incident in Seattle. Max’s website came up and had a wealth of info regarding what steps I should be taking and what to expect. A few days after reading his article, I decided that I wanted to consult a lawyer and remembered the helpful website and went back there to consult Max. My case was actually too small for Max to take on but he spent numerous calls with me discussing my case and giving me invaluable advice about how to negotiate my settlement with the auto insurance company. He was much more patient than many other lawyers I talked to who immediately wrote me off and got an attitude with me when they found my case to be too small. Max was always friendly and willing to listen and give advice even when he knew he wasn't going to get compensated for the advice. He also sent me his book on how to deal with auto accidents which I read in its entirety and found very useful in negotiating as well. I was able to increase my settlement offer by nearly 20% and was satisfied with the final settlement amount, and I don't believe I could've increased the amount by that much without his help. Even though I couldn't hire Max as my lawyer, I'd hire him in a heartbeat if God forbid I do end up in a major accident, and I also highly recommend him to others who are looking for a caring and understanding lawyer to work with.

My husband and I were hit by a drunk driver at 4:30pm on a weekday. He had been drinking in his car, in a city park, near the 520 bridge.
