“I reached out via their website on 4/10 since they're included in my husband's legal plan. Got a response from an admin the next day 4/11 confirming legal plan #. I asked 4/12 if they needed anything else and admin said no, they would let me know if they had availability to take my case in two business days and she sent the info to the WA office. It's 4/19 and I never received any response via email or phone.”
