“Avoid if using legal insurance (e.g., MetLife). I reached out to Lyda initially who told me the requested service was not covered by legal insurance. I contacted my legal insurance provider who confirmed my insurance did cover requested services. Lyda then waited 3 days to tell me that they were unable to render services (writing a simple demand letter). Waste of time.”
