Pros
1
Highly knowledgeable and skilled attorneys who are dedicated to their clients' cases
“Roxana's determination and dedication to my case was evident as we approached my extensive trial. Through her knowledge of the legal system, she got my polygraph results entered into evidence (which is almost unheard of), as well as witnesses on the stand who would not normally have been able to testify.”
2
Compassionate and caring approach, treating clients like family
“Roxana and Vern stood by me and worked hard for 10 months, always available for my many questions and to tell me that it was going to be okay.”
3
Excellent communication and responsiveness to client needs
“The office staff was extremely helpful through my legal process, as well as, prompt when answering calls and emails back. My attorney Roxana Manesh did an amazing job for me and my case. She was very professional and did great walking me through the process of my case and answering any questions or concerns I had.”
4
Proven track record of successful outcomes and fighting hard for clients
“Vern and Roxy completely stole the show from the prosecution: taking what the State offered as "evidence of assault" and spun it around to bring out what actually, which in my opinion was a very difficult task.”
5
Ethical and honest in their representation, only taking on clients they believe in
“Vern screens out clients based on their willingness to be honest with him, telling me that I could expect the same level of ethics from him.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent performance, with some reports of poor representation and lack of communication
“Terrible attorney with no empathy. He showed up on zoom for the first hearing and barely uttered a word. He promised a motion to dismiss as my child has been taken without justification. Over a month later I fired him and he never handed over the motion.”
2
Potential issues with billing and cost transparency
“They charged an additional $750 for yet more vm's but other party and when I finally did receive an invoice all the break down of money owed was declared as legal fees. When questioned (several times) what the fees were for the secretary kept saying she could not open her computer.”
