David is blunt and doesn't mess around, but he really knows the law. He did a great job for our family.

Rude, useless, avoid at ALL COSTS. He shouldnt be an attorney............ Let alone a public pretender..

This guy has some serious personal issues. Rude, arrogant, and out of control. He is just a useless loudmouth public defender taking funds from the taxpayers and screwing his assigned clients at the same time. He will actually yell at you on the phone and hang up. The guy needs mental health treatment.

I do not recommend Mr. Arcuri to anyone facing criminal charges. He is very rude and doesn't allow you to speak. I was treated as if i was not worthy of speaking the truth and was rudely told to not talk. He didn't even want to know what happened. He threatened me with more time if i didn't accept a plea agreement . In doing so I purged myself. Not a good lawyer.

Alex, who said David Arcuri was a bad lawyer and the he (alex) didn't do drugs. Well, he got a new attorney and then he pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine with his new lawyer. When he pled guilty, he admitted to the court that he knowingly possessed methamphetamine.

I have not had good luck with Parataud, definitely not with David Brown. Every time I go to even talk with David he puts me at ease. I recommend him to anyone. I do not like to read about the other guy not liking him. He does a great job. Thank you. I have consulted him and he did 1 case for me, I put him through the ringer, but he always remained nice and willing to help me.

Mr. Arcuri, although 32 years in his career, not only can he not do his job he doesn't even hear his clients story. He treated me like I was guilty from day 1 and said I would lose at trial. When I get a second opinion by a different lawyer he said "this case is weak and sounds like I was not guilty". I was being charged with possession of drugs when the drugs weren't found on me or in my possession and arrested before the drug was tested or even seen by officer. I don't do drugs and am not guilty but Arcuri was going to get me thrown in jail, so I fired him and got a compitant attorney.
