After successfully using Kevin Nelson to navigate mental health court in the past, I employed him again to restore my firearm rights and vacate 2 felonies. For a set fee he was able to take care of both matters without me ever stepping inside a court room. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if I need a lawyer in the future!

Mr. Nelson was quick to jump on writing up a contract for me. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, provided guidance and insight on things I missed, and was pleasant to talk to. I'm definitely going to give him a call the next time I need a contract.

Hired Kevin based on researching reviews and boy, did he deliver. So I'm adding another "outstanding" rating to the list. When he took the case I had reason to believe he saw it as winnable even though he pointed out some obstacles to overcome. He is very professional in every way, detail oriented and organized. Long story short, got a favorable dismissal. Would strongly recommend.

From out of town so I called around and several attorneys told me that Kevin Nelson is the best attorney to handle quasi-criminal and criminal matters in the area...they were all right! Kevin was amazing in assisting our family through a hard case. The details changed, and he had to adjust his game plan, while working far more hours then was expected. In the end, he represented us well, and the judgement was to our families favor. Kevin is detail oriented, well spoken and written, and great with time lines. His ability to remain calm in the court room, while delivering his case is impressive. If we ever need representation again, we will be calling upon Kevin.

Kevin was thorough in explaining the options. His recommendations were considered, accepted and he followed through promptly. His advice was spot on as to the probable outcome and we totally prevailed in a case brought against us.
I have subsequently retained him in a totally unrelated real estate issue and, once again, he is proving exemplary.

Kevin recently represented me in order to restore my right to bear arms. Kevin is a true professional. He streamlined the process to the fullest extent. He is always friendly and willing to explain or work with you regarding questions and concerns. I am incredibly happy with Kevin, not just as my lawyer but as a person. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I rest easy knowing Kevin would take care of business. I only wish there was a sixth star.

I lost my gun rights over 30 years ago, from hearsay i thought it was a losing battle to get my rights back.
Mr Nelson took my information walked me through the process, was very kind and patient. Kept me updated. three months later i have my rights back. I will highly recommend him, and plan on hiring him for real estate needs.
