I have a CDL. Kevin explained my violation would not jeopardize my CDL and was transparent that I may not need his services. The violation would impact my insurance. We hired Kevin to defend my husband against a frivolous anti-harrasment lawsuit. I'm an out-of-towner and was busted for a DUI last March, which would have been my second DUI. I was pretty hopeless, as Washington is one of the strictest states in the country on drunk driving. At my consultation with Kevin, he was very professional; direct, honest about my chances and very detailed in what I needed to do and what he would be doing for me. Hiring Kevin would be in your best interest. It was unfortunate that we had to prusue legal action due to dealings with a dishonest contractor that caused significant damage to our new construction home.
