Wow!!! Don't make any other call. Speaking with Wendy was the best thing I ever did. She , took the time, on the phone, to listen and refer me to where I needed to go and whom I needed to talk to. I had some questions about the land covenants on a home I am purchasing in Lewis County. I spoke with Wendy about my concerns, and within a single evening, Wendy was able to provide me the details I was looking for. Wendy was responsive and communicative. I had also called another law office in the area with the same questions, and was told by the other law office that they wouldn't be able to find an answer for me. I'm relieved and impressed that Wendy was able to provide these answers before my grace period expired. I will definitely be calling Harris again in the event I need legal guidance.
