Had a frivolous lien on my property- something that should have been easy to figure out . Gave this so called lawyer $5300 . And had to figure out how to get the lien off myself- because he wouldn’t or couldn’t figure out his job. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN YOU WILL REGRET IT

After many unsuccessful attempts to deal with the bank regarding escalating interest rates and my inability to pay them, the bank was moving toward foreclosure and I needed help that was affordable. I hired Triad Law Group. Chuck listened intently to the details of my case...of which there were many odd ones. His son, Zach did an amazing about of back and forth with everyone involved, a huge job for just one case. We utilized the foreclosure fairness program, working through the department of commerce with state appointed mediators which helps to ensure accountability. After exchanging A LOT of paperwork for the loan modification process and sending the package off several times and working with a great mediator I was offered a loan modification with great terms. Mine was a challenging case with numerous oddities, both Chuck and Zach were patient and helpful and navigated a system designed to aide people in a bad spot...but legal help is most certainly needed. I am thrilled that I am able to stay in my home, that I love and that I get to have my life back. Many thanks to Chuck and Zach. The client listed were not me ,from day one he did not disclose his assignation with the bank that were try to foreclose on our home. By the way he never told us the Bank we are sueing were the say on hold the mortgage on his home and business

I have retained Charles Greenberg and Zach Greenberg of Triad Law Group for multiple jobss over the course of the last few months. I have worked as a subcontractor in the greater Seattle area for many years.As such, I have come experienced many disputes first hand. I first contacted Triad when I was retained by a tier one contractor who was hired by a management company on behalf of multiple home owners associations to improve real property at a few different condominiums complexs. Once I had completed the work and submitted invoices to collect payment I had problems getting paid by the prime contractor and the property management company that was involved. I had Triad draft and effectively serve notices of intent to record lien to all the condominiums. After a few exchanges and some brief negotiating not only was I paid -in-full for sevices rendered, Triad was able to recover all my attorneys fees. I have been a return customer for the firm for a long time. Chuck has been able to assist me primarily in the construction industry, in the real-estate industry and also to deal with the servicer of my loan on my residence. I recommend Chuck Greenberg. Chuck is a competent, capable attorney. Chuck offers effective representation and candor with opposing counsel and tribunal. I am an attorney. After unsuccessfully working with multiple foreclosure/ real-estate attorneys I finally contacted Chuck Greenberg with Triad Law Group. Within two months, my lender had completely changed their approach and was willing to negotiate a settlement. Foreclosure activity ceased and I retained the property. Chuck was very patient and detailed in laying out the process. He did a great job in stopping the deceptive and unlawful foreclosure. Not only did we settle but I was also able to keep my house, we worked out a payment plan with the bank and my loan was modified such that my payments were more affordable -all within 22 months from the inception of the case.
