I highly recommend the Certa Law Group. They told me at the beginning they would not recommend that they take my case unless they believe they can bring me a bigger settlement than I would likely get without their assistance. I was "t-boned" by someone who ran a stop sign and totalled my vehicle which I only had 10 months. One year after the crash I was still without a replacement vehicle and visiting my doctor. After I agreed to have them represent my case has been settled 2+ years after my crash. Cheryl, at the firm, stayed in contact with me during each offer and counter offer, giving me the details of the offer and their recommendation then asking me how I wanted them to proceed. The insurance first several offers wouldn't even allow me to pay my expenses but the final offer was enough to pay my expenses and give me a down payment for my replacement vehicle. They were very professional and responsive to my communications and I believe I made the right decision in employing their services. Well done!!!

Certa Law Group should be on everyone's speed dial for any type of injury you may incur. They are phenomenal! I was referred to the Certa Law Group, PS by my chiropractor after an injury through a car accident last year. This legal team was pleasant to work with, personable, professional, and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Arianna Spung and Cheryl Farrish were particularly easy to communicate with. My claim lasted five years, which in and of itself comes with many frustrations and much impatience with how the legal system is set up. Though there were large stretches of time that passed between communication at times (I think the defense team was dragging the claim out?), someone at Certa Law Group usually sent updates if more than a couple months passed. My case was complicated by many health issues that occurred before and during the five year span. I don't think I was compensated enough for the pain and suffering that has been a consequence of being rear-ended, but that is not the fault of CLG. The review is 4/5 stars because there were a couple times where communication broke down slightly and expectations were not set out clearly. My boyfriend gave a deposition about the effects of my accident on me for which he felt very ill-prepared. He received a short phone call before the deposition to go over what to do and not to do, but didn't ever have a chance to discuss his memories and understanding of my (five-year-long) experience following the accident with my attorney. (I'm not sure why they didn't have him give a deposition sooner.) He felt that this negatively affected my claim. I was not there for the conversation or deposition, but can speak to the fact that my boyfriend wasn't ever prompted to answer questions ahead of time to review for the deposition. That being said, I am still very appreciative of all the work CLG did for my case, as I know it was complicated and required a lot of leg work. I'm not a fan of for-profit insurance or how the legal system often works, but if (and I hope this never happens) I ever need a personal injury law firm in Washington again, I'll be calling Certa Law Group again.
