Everyone I worked with to settle my claim was competent and professional. They worked fast, and were quick to respond whenever I had a question. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and other constraints.

WOW! where to begin... I was referred to Certa Law Group by another law firm that worked on an accident my husband had years ago. From the time I walked in the door Cheryl and her team were so incredibly friendly and supportive. They made sure I understood the whole process and what to expect (and not to expect). Now, my car accident was 3/31/2017. There were so many complications in my case (not by our side), and the team at Certa overcame EVERY SINGLE curve ball thrown at them!! With out going into too much detail, lets just say that this was made to be very difficult (again not by my team) and Certa just continued to persevere and not allow the other side to BULLY us (which is what they were trying to do). In the end, Pino Certa came in and I cannot speak highly enough about Mr. Certa. I did not know until after he started working on my case full time that he used to work on the side of the insurance companies and so he is familiar with the shenanigan's and games they play to get out of paying. I told Mr. Certa that I trusted him to get me the best outcome he possibly could, and I feel that he did so. My family was rear ended by a semi, and Certa Law Group was there with us every step of the way. Due to previous health issues with my wife, our case was more complicated than normal, but they patiently worked with us and were very responsive whenever we had questions, and they were very straightforward about the whole process. I hope we never again have an incident requiring us to hire an attorney, but if we ever do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Certa Law Group again.
