I am very grateful to Scott Blair of Brain Injury Law for agreeing to join my lawyer to help represent me in my injury case. Before I was introduced to Scott Blair, my lawyer told me he was the best Brain Injury Trial Lawyer and he would represent me like no other lawyer could. He was absolutely right! I was so impressed with Scott when we met. I felt he was very professional but not stuffy and friendly but not arrogant. I could feel he was a very caring and real person. I was walking into work on a public sidewalk crossing in front of a garage exit. This was where the large Ford van came up out of the parking garage,hit me,threw me into the street and knocked me unconscious for 30 minutes. I was taken into the ICU at the hospital for the next 7 days. I suffered many body injuries but the worst of the injuries was the skull fracture,brain bleeds,loss of taste,loss of smell,loss of hearing and constant head pains to mention a few. Scott was very concerned about my head injury and wanted to be sure I could get the best care and treatment. He was more like a good friend and not just my lawyer. Scott and his Case Manager,Sherry Clem guided me every step of the way. Sherry was very kind, professional and helped me understand all the forms I needed to complete. She even offered to take me to my Seattle doctor appointments since I was unfamiliar with the city. Helped me understand some of the Medicare Laws and procedures. Went out of her way to make sure i understood what i needed to do, and felt comfortable. Because of my injuries, my daughter stayed close to me to make sure I understood what needed to be done. Scott always explained the trial procedures clearly so I could understand what was expected but took it a step further by explaining everything to my daughter as well without hesitation. The best words i could use to describe Scott would be; A Great Trial Lawyer, A Lawyer that likes Challenges, Energetic, go getter,precise/exact, very thorough,smart, intelligent, dependable, doesn't rush you or your case, reads and studies all of the information on your case and treats your case as a priority, he listens to everything you have to say or want to talk about, always available for questions, will be honest,won't stop handling your case until you tell him to,he has a great staff and his office is easy to get to in Edmonds.
