My appreciation for Lisa goes beyond words! I hired her to fight two traffic tickets for which I was not at fault. I provided all the information on phone and email and didn't have to drive to meet her in-person. After that, she took over and represented me in the court and got the tickets dismissed in less than a month. All this happened while I was going through a tough time so it was very important for me to get them dismissed. I would highly recommend Lisa.

After recieving two back-to-back tickets (within 10 minutes of each other), Lisa helped me get both of these tickets dismissed. After a few brief questions, Lisa then only sent me updates, culminating in a congratulatory letter in the mail stating the positive outcome. I have nothing but positive vibes to send your way. These two are phenomenal.

After talking to the courthouse and another law firm and receiving little help, the office of Donaldson & Knigge clearly and quickly explained my options. Although I didn't need their services for my ticket, I feel sure that my brief and very positive experience with them would generalize to other more substantive issues.

Although I haven't had much experience with other law firms, Donaldson and Knigge were fast and absolutely on top of things. I received a speeding ticket recently and decided that the cost of hiring them was less than the cost of my insurance increase and the ticket payoff. After filling out a simple form I was contacted via phone after the date of the hearing (which I didn't even need to attend) to be told that the case was dismissed. I even received an email afterwards with the same info for my records. I appreciated their handling, and the courtesy I was offered with the phone call. In the future I'll be a returning customer.

First time I have ever contested a citation and was fortunate to find Lisa Donaldson. From the first call to her office, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the proceeding. She never gave me false hope either as she listed the different scenarios and although there were no guarantees the case would have a positive outcome, she did seem committed to my case and this alone was assuring enough. The best decision I could have made, Lisa was always in contact updating me on my case and ultimately won my case. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team. Lisa and Randy were consummate professionals. After taking the time to fully understand the situation, Randy advised me thoroughly but without unnecessary legalese. He walked me through the steps of the process and removed a great deal of stress and anxiety about the situation. His knowledge of not only the law but also the specific prosecutor and judge involved in my case proved an invaluable aid in my defense. My only regret was not contacting Randy and Lisa earlier in the process, when a great deal of hassle and personal stress could have been avoided. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough, nor does the word "professional" require a clearer example than Randy and Lisa. If you need assistance with a traffic case, call them. You'll be glad you did.

I was refered to Lisa by my Daughter, She was prompt called back, discussed ticket notify me when court date was, called right after court, Ticket was dismissed. All aspects of handling my case was super what more can I say. I would recommend Lisa's firm and use her again and again if the need arises. Thank you Lisa
