Inexperienced. The way they hooked me was to say , “my job is to make you whole again.” A year later with very little communication they found out the defendant was actually liable, but thought the defendant “looked” credible and I didn’t because I had been horribly injured. They gave up. I’m bankrupt and about to move into my car. Mercedes promised , then took maternity leave… not telling me she was pregnant when trying to get me as a client. Now I’m disabled and she just walked away; afraid of the insurance company

I highly recommend Donchez Law Firm! I had a very lengthy litigation and Mercedes handled it extremely well. She writes fantastic demand letters! Jeff helped out too and I feel lucky to have had a dynamic team supporting me throughout the process. Jeff and staff are wonderful. My daughter and I attempted to negotiate with the insurance company ourselves - we were totally blown off. Once we retained the Donchez firm, they immediately set to work and a settlement offer came within a few weeks. Jeff and all his staff are very professional, very knowledgeable and very responsive. I've worked in plaintiff personal injury for 25+ years and an attorney I worked with referred me to Jeff to handle my daughter's claim. Couldn't have been more impressed with the firm or the outcome they achieved for my daughter!

The Donches Law Firm took our case and took on the very uncooperative insurance companies for us. They turned what was an extremely stressful situation into a tolerable and worry-free case.
