In early 2021 a neighbor inquired about buying our house and we agreed. That sent my wife and I in search of a lawyer to handle escrow and closing. I didn't know of the firm of Luke & Olson but they were nearby and offered the service I was looking for. Our experience working with Jonathan Luke was excellent. He quoted us a very reasonable price and stuck to it. He outlined the process and specific steps leading to the sale's closing. In the end, it all unfolded as he had laid it out. Whenever we had questions, Jonathan was very responsive both for us and the buyer. Selling a home is a stressful process. Lot's of things can go sideways. It's easy to see why people are willing to pay realtors large commissions to take that stress off their hands. However, if you don't need a realtor to bring you a buyer, I'd wholeheartedly recommend using Jonathan to manage the paperwork process for you. He was calming and professional throughout and we saved tens of thousands of dollars by using his service rather than a realtor.

Kim Olsen resolved the problem I was having with the title company for the closing of my home. They could not locate the fulfillment deed which forced me to hire an attorney. Fortunately I hired Kim Olsen. She worked diligently to resolve the problem while trying to avoid a quiet title action that could cost me thousands of dollars and possibly several months. After several weeks Kim used a different title company and they found the document within 24 hours. Then Kim advised the original title company to refund my entire attorney fees. I will never use any other attorney!!!
