After hiring 2 different attorneys to assist me in retrieving my share of my ex-husband's pension as ordered by the divorce decree and signed by the court many years ago. Because it was so long ago, the language of the order needed to be updated for proper execution of the pension plan. Two attorneys sat on this very important process before handing my paperwork back to me. Now that I'm close to retirement, I decided to see if Mr. Holland would help me.
