Deane worked with us on our son's independent adoption. There were some complications with the birth father but those were worked out in a timely and efficient manner. From the time we first met to the finalization of the adoption was 4 months. It would have been 4-6 weeks had it not been for the paternal termination of rights. What I liked best about Deane was his communication and professionalism. Whenever I talk to friends who have adopted through agencies, they describe a long and drawn out process and inattention from lawyers and social workers. Our experience was exactly the opposite. We are very happy that Deane was referred to us and served us well.
