Neil is amazing! Prior to hiring Neil, I had worked with 2 other attorneys for a total of 6 months & my experience was that the (other guys) had actually caused my legal experience to be prolonged by not being prepared, not being able to be reached quickly enough & not providing legal advice that would squash problems immediately (which led to them making a ton of $ off of my ignorance & I had to use all the equity in my home to pay them). When I called Neil, I asked him to be my “bodyguard,” & wow, he followed through! There were times I asked him to provide responses to CPS that were so aggressive, that I thought for sure he would say no; not the case-he delivered statements that sent CPS back to hell. Being nice is not the way to go in these types of cases. Hardball, minimal/vague statements & protecting your rights is the only way to escape unscathed. On one particular day, government workers showed up at my door while I was not home; I emailed Neil & asked him to meet me there & he dropped everything to make it to my house within 15 minutes for me to cooperate with the workers, without my rights being violated through a private interview that could be used against me without an attorney present to be expert witness to my statements & to jump in quickly on concerning subject matter. He was always prepared & available at all times of the day/weekends due to the emergency nature of the attack I was under. His quick, calculated responses to these sick/twisted government workers/criminals is what saved me & my family’s lives. We are forever grateful to Neil.

His soft gentle spirit and friendly disposition not only helped our family through a rough patch but also had a calming effect for my husband and myself he gave us a better understanding of what to expect and walked us through the process very well even made me laugh several times when all I wanted to do was break down and cry or explode in anger and he took it all in and never took anything I said personally I would recommend Neil and ABC law group to anyone who is in need of legal advice or representation Thank you Neil for everything you are a blessing!

I hired Neil and his team over a year ago to help me with custody of my daughter. As a male asking for fully custody it an up hill battle. But with Neil's excellent approach and guidance I was awarded full custody. Neil had been responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout to whole case. Neil Weiss and Taila AyAy represented my daughter after CPS took custody of her weeks old daughter. The case was far from easy. The facts were complicated and my daughter is very headstrong.
