Stephen was my securities lawyer, when I was rasing money for an internet company I founded in 1998; which we successfully sold in June of 2000. In 2003 I retained Stephen to strategize and file all SEC documents on my behalf in a proxy contest election (which I won). Since 2003 he has handled all the securities work for my firm, including a partial self tender offer and defending two proxy contest against my company.
