“Lacked communication through the process and couldn't manage to get a first offense "following too close" ticket dismissed after saying a deferral wouldn't be necessary.”

“They got the charge reduced, (expired tags on a 3 day old car, it wasn't expired) but not the FINE reduced, Um??? Rick??? That's what people expect, just so you know... you didn't do what we PAID you for...”
