I decided to update my review with Jennifer and the dino Millikan team. My father's estate was quite the mess and there was a job well done with all that had to be dealt with. I actually would like to apologize to her and her team for some of the issues that we had. It was quite an emotional time for my family and I. Thank you so much for all the services And I apologize for all the difficulties.

I recommend this firm if you are in need of an attorney, I used Erika Reichley as mine. She made the entire process of divorce & custody of the dog slightly easier during difficult times. I felt safe with her on my side; we always had a plan, I always felt like I knew what to do & if I didnt I could reach out.

I was represented by Erika Reichley, at that time I had another attorney handle another case , at a very cheap price. she convinced me to give her the other case because according to her , we needed to win otherwise it will affect the case I hired her for, which I did, sadly. After the other case was done, she told me she can’t help me with the case I hired her for because the limit status on that case was overdue. I had this concerns of limited status on my first meeting with her and she told me the limited status was overrule when health is involved. She played me. She was so expensive I couldn’t hired someone else to continue my case I had to drop it. Her dishonesty and greed is affecting my life until today since children are involved. she used me for money and discarded me. I feel like working with a heartless individual, a rock. She Never did the job I hired her for in the first place. Too bad we have individual like that in this world.

Joel Nichols was my attorney for 3 1/2 years during a personal injury lawsuit. Joel is very responsive, professional, intelligent and listened when I needed to vent, talk or discuss my concerns. I feel that Joel really cared about my case and me as a person. He is a great attorney and person and I would absolutely hire him again if ever needed!

It’s all about money for this law firm five years ago I retained an attorney for my case all the attorney did was go to the hearings and kept getting continuances…. My retainer was drained getting continuances no results on my case I ended up with a large balance but no work done on my file. Next thing I knew the attorney could not represent me anymore because his wife passed away I was left with no legal representation and a large bill that I could not afford. The agreement was that Anything beyond retainer will not be charged to me due to him not being able to represent me for his own personal matter. A few years later I find out The amount was never cleared by him and now sits on my credit report I am a single mom and it has been affecting my credit and a very large scale I tried to get a hold of the attorney a few times front desk always puts me off and never got a callback Over the years. I hope they try to resolve this issue because it has affected me on a very large scale of things not to mention the amount is in the $8000 range that I can’t even begin to think about paying off anytime soon. The harassment I get from the collection agency on a different level. … It is very stressful. Stay away from this law firm!!!!!

If you have a problem contact these people as they have the experience and the out of the box ability to Argue in your best interest. I thank them for helping me in legal matters that could have ruined my life. Joel was the best legal representative I have had in my life! Granted I have had few brushes with the law. Despite that by far Joel Nichols is the most professional and in my eyes successful at what he does. My case was for unemployment and he countered and won it with his score long knowledge and experience.
