In the face of a difficult and stressful custody situation I had the pleasure of working with Erika Reichley soon after she joined Deno Millikan. Erika was patient and professional from day one always taking the time to discuss the process, my options and provide guidance on what she believed was the best course of action. While some attorneys seem to try and squeeze every billable minute out of you, Erika not only provided great advice, she also was careful to spend time wisely keeping cost of service top of mind. Her professionalism, knowledge, strategy, personality and integrity resulted in a positive outcome in our case. While I hope I never have to use Erika again, I would not hesitate to do so.

Was a little disappointed. The lawyer called me and barely let me speak. Was not interested in hearing my case at all. The 5 minutes of time we had on the phone was primarily around his hourly rate and being worth his time. This firm is about making money off you, that is it.

This firm is not only a joke, they are crooked.. They will steal your money and do nothing.. HIGHLY recommend you stay clear of this firm.

My only major complaint is that while I expressed interest in filing for a child support review/increase at the same time we submitted the modified parenting plan I was met with resistance. During the trial the judge asked why there wasn’t a child support review being submitted at same time and I was kind of peeved to learn that that is the more common & economical way to go about it. So now a year later I am without the funds and time to review and submit paperwork in Everett myself or hire a lawyer again and I haven’t received a modification to child support in 9 years. I feel that this was really a technique to extend services and thus make more money for the firm. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Patrick was absolutely fantastic. He turned a terrible situation into a positive one. They're all so kind and caring. Highly recommend. Any mamas discriminated against for breastfeeding, definitely go to Deno Millikan and talk to Patrick Songy!
