I was hit by a truck while commuting on my bicycle and suffered very significant injuries. From the first consultation I felt in good hands and hiring him proved to be an excellent choice. Right from the start Brandon impressed me with his consideration, knowledge, and empathy. He was able to very clearly explain the process and my options for best results. He never pressed to move things faster on the lengthy path to recovery, and went above and beyond throughout the case. He set realistic expectations for the settlement and in the end significantly outdid those. I was thoroughly impressed with his work and while I hope to never need it again I would go back immediately if needed and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Brandon and his team found me actually, after I had a really bad work place accident I was forced into the LNI machine and private insurance companies grasp, so frustrated and laying in the hospital I decided to reach out to anyone that can help, so I called around to a few different people and they kept telling me we don’t want to touch that issue, finally another lawyer said I don’t practice that law but I know a guy, so he passed on my info and two days later Brandon called! Mr. Batchelor did an AMAZING job with my case. He's not your typical lawyer though, he's aggressively proactive for you. Brandon was very responsive, always made himself available, and clearly has knowledge of the law. We took away the maximum available settlement outside of court, and despite disagreeing with me about the reasonableness of the final fee, he was willing to make the partners available for discussion. Payment of the settlement was quick and easy. Ultimately, it was a relief to have someone handle the legal side, so I could handle the healing and mental health side.
