John Rosecrans (and his awesome team!) helped me through the most difficult time in my life. To John, it's about doing the right thing and making sure I am supported and properly informed of my options at every turn. My case is complex and messy, but that hasn't deterred John from helping me navigate the often-confusing and stressful process and aftermath of divorce. John, Leanne and Patty have always gone above and beyond, and for that I am forever grateful. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Deeply unprofessional and discriminatory conduct from Theresa Lorella and this firm. Unethical law firm that refuses to provide an itemized receipt. Ms Lorella sold herself as being capable of the most difficult divorce settlements but after 3 months and tens of thousands of dollars later she was incapable of doing even the bare minimum such as get my non marital personal property back. Ms Lorella also engages in bigoted behavior and when her firm disciplined her for the matter she quit the next day in retaliation. If you are a member of any marginalized community you do not want to hire this law firm. I also believe there was a fraudulent use of funds and Ms Lorella’s relationship with opposing counsel was a serious issue. I do not believe she operated in good faith. Must be nice to collect a six figure paycheck off of the dissolution of families.

Although Nathan got me the initial paperwork the amount of money spent was not worth it. He failed to update the judge as required. Failed to submit paperwork I requested him too. Failed to explain billing. Failed to follow the judges order. Always wanted more and more money and accomplished nothing. Then when he wanted an additional 5 to ten thousand dollars and I just paid my rearage and refurbished my escrow he dumped me claiming it was not paid in time. Not true the payment through MI billing recieved the payment the morning of the 30th. Unless you have a fat wallet and can dump tens of thousands on these guys do not use them they are all about money with no results. 20,000 dollars later I get my butt chewed by the judge because Nathan did not do his job then dumped me with nothing to show but a twenty thousand dollar debt. Now I have to redo all of the paperwork myself thanks for nothing Nathan. Over billed with no results.

A huge thank you to my attorney Hillary and her team. Hillary has been my attorney for my custody case since 2017. Sticking with me threw the battle and coming out successful every time. I’ve done consultations with other attorneys and no one compares to Hillary Roberts. She’s worth every penny. Caitlin has been an exceptional resource and guide through the most difficult time of my life. She is knowledgable, confident, creative, and thorough. I recently had to hire an attorney for my custody case and was very impressed with the positivity, professional, intelligence and thoroughness of Ms Royse. She went above and beyond for my son and me. Her demeanor and court presence was more than I could have asked for and if I have a need in the future I will definitely be calling her again. Even though she had multiple cases working at the same time she always made me a priority and no question was regarded as unimportant. She counseled me in a kind and caring fashion always regarding my feelings during this very difficult time. I have much appreciation for Ms Royse and highly recommend hiring her for your needs as well.

Caitlin was a partner with the lawyer I hired in October of 2020 and was nothing outside of extraordinary in helping keep me calm, collected and confident that things would turn out in my favor. Caitlin offered advice when I was feeling confused about the process since I have not had extensive history with in the court systems and really eased my mind even when things didn't go quite as expected. A little more than a year later in my family law case, my kids are thriving, safe, and the happiest I've ever seen them. Caitlin exceeded my expectations and more, and when filling in for my assigned lawyer during an unexpected family emergency I was shocked at her ability and calmness to relay everything that needed to be said without hesitation. I absolutely would recommend Caitlin to anyone and already have. I'm so happy for her and her blossoming career. She is fantastic at what she does. Just hire her if you're questioning it at all; I can almost guarantee with 100% certainty you won't be disappointed. Thank you for everything you did for me and my kids Caitlin!

I wish I could give zero stars. While working with McKinley they filled out my court papers wrong. I was the petitioner and they gave me the respondents middle name. Luckily I noticed that. When I decided to discontinue working with them they said they would refund me my money. That was 4 weeks ago, I have not received a refund and they ignore all emails when I try to ask for help in receiving my refund. I think I need to hire a lawyer to sue them just to get my refund. Why are they ignoring me?

Despite my first impression I attempted to push on with lawyer Amy Carei and Sondra Lee, only to be correct. I gave them a $7,500 retainer that they managed to use the entirety prior to ever going to the first court date only to sent the case to another county without my content. Then sent me a Letter of Withdrawal. I am beyond disappointed in every way. Honestly feel like they took my money and kicked the case. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
