My case was very complicated, it involved an HTO reinstatement, John was able to maneuver and navigate DOL procedures and policies. He dug in and researched all angles. He listened to me and my wife when we had questions, concerns, or ideas. He wrote them down and researched them and never made us feel like we were burdensome or demanding. Received a speeding ticket and called John right away. John was diligent in his work and found errors with the speed measuring device. Case was dismissed. Very effective. John will be my first call for all future traffic issues.
