My wife and I hired Joe to represent us after a tragic fire that happened at the beginning of the covid pandemic. The pandemic did slow down the process, but Joe did not stop fighting the insurance for us. Joe was highly recommended to us, and we knew he was the one right away. Even though we are in different states, Joe took the time to set up video calls, showing that he genuinely cared and worked hard on our case. He helped us through every step of the way and ensured we were very prepared on our end. Joe made us feel at ease after such a devastating fire. With Joe’s excellent knowledge, he settled the case with insurance, and we are pleased with the outcome. I don't know what your experience has been in dealing with attorneys, but I can tell you that mine has been fantastic. In the past I have often felt that I needed a mean SOB to fight my legal battles and their attitude usually bleed over to how I felt when dealing with my own attorney. Joseph gave me a full hour of his time, and is investigating my case whereas another lawyer gave me just 30 minutes of his junior associate's time and bailed without giving much of an explanation why he wasn't taking my case. Joseph explained the possible opportunities and challenges with my case and told me even if he couldn't take the case, he would give me advice about how the process works if I have to pursue my own case. Within 5 minutes of sitting down with him he asked questions the other lawyer didn't ask about my insurance company and explained the law about my insurance that revealed a possible direction for my case I never knew existed.
