Avoid it for a divorce. Like all lawyers he works for him, to prolong the divorce and bill you the maximum amount.

I hired Kubilay Celebi to handle my divorce case, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. If you're considering hiring this lawyer, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Here’s why: Ridiculously High Billing: This lawyer's billing practices are outrageous. I was charged for every single minute, even for the most basic email communications. It felt like they were trying to stretch out the case just to pad the bill. I ended up paying much more than originally estimated, with little to show for it. Constant Delays: The process took much longer than necessary. There were frequent delays, and it seemed like my case was constantly on the back burner. When I inquired about the delays, I was met with vague excuses and no real explanations. Lack of Communication: Communication with this lawyer was a major issue. It often took days to get a response to my emails, and phone calls were rarely returned. I felt completely out of the loop during the entire process. Unprofessional Behavior: I noticed several instances of unprofessional behavior. The lawyer showed up late to meetings, and there were times when they seemed unprepared. It was clear that my case wasn't a priority. No Results: Despite the high costs and lengthy delays, the outcome was disappointing. The lawyer failed to achieve the results I was hoping for, and I can't help but feel that a more competent and honest attorney could have done a better job. Overall, my experience with [Lawyer's Name] has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you're looking for a divorce lawyer, do yourself a favor and find someone else. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer to anyone.

Kubilay (KC) Celebi did an excellent job for me in drafting a prenuptial agreement. I knew I was in good hands from the day we met. I needed the agreement done right away, and he was very respectful of my time sensitivity. KC was very open and honest with me. He took the time to explain the law as it pertained to my circumstances. KC really listened and took the time to gather and understand all the underlying facts and details of my circumstances. He was very organized. He asked lots of questions, and continued to ask questions and gather more facts thru several e-mails’ exchanges leading up to the final draft. This was all evident in the very detailed prenuptial agreement that he wrote on my behalf. It was spot-on; KC had all the bases covered. I was very pleased with the finished outcome; it was exactly as I had hoped for and needed. I hold KC in the highest regard. I consider him as my family law attorney, should I need one in the future. KC is a kind, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was very nervous when I came to KC with my case because I was dealing with so much and I don't know much about the legal system. Mine was a difficult divorce and Mr. Celebi did an outstanding job and settling out the case, finally through arbitration. When I first visited his office, I was pleased at the orderliness of his office and his files-not scattered all over. I felt he was aware of each file and it appears that this was the case. He had some difficulties with opposing counsel, but worked through it efficiently.

I was KC’s client in a business matter less then two months ago. He handled my case efficiently and effectively; I was very happy with the result he achieved. He kept me informed all the time and discussed how he would like to handle the case as well confirming I was ok with his approach. Kubilaye turned out to be quite a competent attorney. My case was a messy divorce with domestic violence, custody battle and all. To make matters worse “the husband” decided he was going to fix me by screwing with my status at immigration. It was a nightmare … sleepless nights, depression, and migraines the likes of which I’d never known before. I didn't know what to do until a wonderful friend of mine suggested Kubilaye; when I went to see him I noticed she wasn't exaggerating on his references. He was patient and he listened. He didn't make me feel like just another meal ticket and I got the impression that he understood what it was like to be in my shoes so i felt completely comfortable talking to him. Usually people don’t get it, they can imagine what it’s like but you have to have experienced the nightmare to know what I mean, and Kubilaye got it. As I talked with him more I found he was very knowledgeable and he didn't deflect when there wasn't an answer right away but rather he was forward and would research the particular laws that applied to my complicated case. Later, he told me about organizations out there that help victims of domestic violence. He guided me toward the right kind of help and followed up with me to make sure things were going well and that I was staying on track with the assistance I was receiving, while he dealt with the legal issues. Ultimately, Kubilaye won my divorce case, my custody battle, and the immigration was off my back. My life has been completely turned around in a positive way since and the long unhappy days are just distant memories. Please, understand that I don’t mean to over sale this man. He was not the first attorney I consulted especially when it came to immigration. I spent lots of money just to be told that i couldn't be helped. But Kubilaye didn't give me false hope and he did a tremendous amount of research until he found a way, all at a very reasonable cost. God knows what it’s like going through hard times and how many crooked attorneys are out there trying to make a few bucks off of victims. But domestic violence is not a joke so I’m sharing my experience with this attorney. Would I recommend Him? Most certainly! And I did recommend him to a friend who was pleased with his services and recommended him in turn to her brother. To the best of my knowledge they both had nothing but good things to say about his practices.

Mr. Celebi helped me with my divorce and other family related issues. I hired him several times. He is very trustworthy and honest. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner. I was very happy with the results. He was not after maximizing his charges, he was truly working on achieving the best results for me in a cost effective manner which I very much appreciated.

Mr. Celebi represented me during my divorce and I highly recommend him. He has a lot of experience as a lawyer and it shows! He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and he kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I was very happy with the results!
