The entire staff was super friendly and listened to each and every need-desires that I had after having to start over after changing law offices to Sullivan Law Group. Alan went above and beyond my expectations and had listened to all of my needs and wishes for a positive outcome with the knowledge of law and prior cases to expert witnesses. I hired Paul and he got the job done. The incident happened in May of 2022 in Skagit County. It involved a blood sample. They strung me along for nearly 2 years and let me think nothing was going to happen only to charge me in March of 2024 right before the statute of limitations ran out. I thought the prosecutor would give me a pretty good deal due to the fact I had never been in trouble, hadn’t had a ticket in nearly 30 years, had to wait almost 2 years to be charged, and hadn’t been in any trouble since the incident. Instead they wanted 3 days in jail, a 90 day license suspension followed by a year of an ignition interlock, an SR22 requirement for two years, and a massive fine. When Paul got the information on the blood sample it took him about 30 seconds to find 3 errors they made making it inadmissible. I then told him they were going to have to come up with a pretty good offer or I was going to demand a jury trial. Paul got it down to a Neg.1 (simple misdemeanor), a Zoom Alcohol Class, a $675 fine, and 2 years of inactive probation (not including the 2+ years I had already gone without being in trouble). To anyone facing something like this don’t think they’re going to give you any credit for your previous good behavior or for the fact they made you wait so long to be charged. Hire Paul. He’ll fight for you. I am 100% convinced I wouldn’t have gotten the result I did with a different lawyer. There is a reason Paul has nothing but 5-star ratings on here. He’s the best. Regarding a level four assault, Mr grass I was able to fight for me and prove my innocence after a thorough investigation by my attorney, Mr Grass was able to have my case completely dismissed.. I highly recommend him

DO NOT HIRE! They accepted my case, did absolutely nothing with it, and then Like 10 months later without warning or updates they emailed me and said they decided to drop my case and to figure something out quickly because time was running out for me to do anything about it. Thanks for wasting my time window and screwing me out of an opportunity to make my case.

She has been nothing but over the top amazing with her services , she got my DOL hearing pushed out multiple months and as of just like 15 minutes ago, called to let me know I get to keep my license because she argued so well with it! she's super communicative and overall I would refer her to literally anybody and everybody that deals with this. She held my hand thru the entire process, while taking all my worries away, so I could sleep soundly every single night leading up to our final day in court, knowing that she had everything under control.
