I walked in and said "I would like to make an appointment" Front Desk Lady said "do you have an appointment?" I said "No, I am here to Make an appointment!" She Said "Unless you have an appointment, we cant help you." I Said " But I am here to make an appointment" ..... She Said "You don't have a Lawyer here?" I said " NO I am here to make an appointment to get a lawyer!?!?" She said "unless you have an appointment we can't help" WHAT????? I don't think the owners realize Front Desk Lady is looped.... How do you make an appointment if you can't make an appointment. Need to re-train the front desk
