Inconsistent staff professionalism and communication
“Some of the angriest people I've had the displeasure of speaking with for simply asking for a consultation. Yelling on the phone and getting snippy with clients just for asking who they'd be working with and if they are taking new clients at all is a fantastic indicator of how you actually treat clients.”
