I got in contact with Julia yesterday and she’s been super helpful and fast, I’ve been really stressed out about an accident I got into and she’s doing a really good job of getting in contact with people, gathering information and checking up on me to make sure I’m okay. I will update more as the case goes on but so far she’s been amazing!

I used these attorneys for a car accident and everything went great. When contacting them about another matter things went less well with many miscommunications due to misreading emails that had been sent over a few month period at which point it was decided the case with them would not go forward.

It was amazing to have Parker in my corner for my car accident case. He was responsive, kind and patient in all communications; he helped me understand the law in a way that was clear and inspired my confidence. I’ve been on a specific case for the past 2 years yet this team has not once failed me during the process. They did everything in they’re power to assist me and in any way possible and fought through till the end, especially my lawyer Kimberly Yoon! This law firm handled our JBLM military housing lawsuits. You can google the articles about this installation and the housing issues. They completely failed all 55 plaintiffs. They waited too long to file, they mishandled our evidence, they over charged us, they misrepresented us. They and another lawyer by the name of Joel Ard of spokane Wa coerced and threatened us into signing a non disclosure agreement and a low settlement. Then Andrew Kim tried to seize my kids settlements, which would have violated the judges orders to give the parents the final settlement. They had serious lack of communication. They backed us into a corner and waited until the statute of limitations ran out on our case to force us to settle. I cant give zero stars so they are lucky i gave them one. Horrible law firm. I do not recommend them. A whole group of incompetent clowns.

"Trustworthy Person" would be the right definition for Gina Kim. Her way of work was professional, diligent, and very serious and that sincere work brought the amazing result which was above and beyond of my expectation. Even in the waiting period of time, I was impressed with strived quality of work I received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Gina Kim as a Case Manager because she is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable to make any case to be important enough to get the best result.
