My case recently closed and I am glad to have worked with Mitchel Pinedo during the entire process. I did not know how to deal with this situation as I had never been in a car accident before. I was not well health wise and neither was my mother. I lost my car as it was totaled and I was not at fault. Mitchel handled the case and exceeded all expectations. My mother was rear ended by an uninsured motorist while traveling on I-90. It would’ve been a huge headache to deal with this uninsured, irresponsible driver so we contacted Park Chenaur & Assoc. Kimberly from this office was very professional, courteous, and helpful. She was empathetic and warm with my mom. And best of all, she and her office took care of everything that all my mom had to do was seek medical attention and receive PT for her injury. Never did anything

I was in a car accident after leaving work one day and received Kimberly's contact information from my best friend who also used Kimberly for her car accident. I left a voice mail about my car accident and Kimberly was quick to call back within a few days. She came to my work place because I work Monday through Friday office hours and she was willing to come meet me and discuss the claim. Kimberly gave off a friendly and professional air which made me trust her a lot with my claim. I've never been in a car accident before or even worked with a lawyer before but she made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the whole process. I also worked with her assistant Michael with the paperwork. They were both very helpful with everything and today I finally got my settlement! I'm extremely happy with the amount and can definitely say I would 100% reccomend Kimberly with Park Chenaur for any auto claims.
