Very professional. Everytime I called to check the status of the claim, they gave me an answer right away. Very well organized firm as well as friendly.

After getting into a car accident that left me with permanent injuries, I came to this law office and met with Lola. She was great at communicating the process and explaining how this works to me. My attorney Liandra was great at communicating with me through out the process as well. Everyone I spoke to was very personable and was great at explaining what was going on, every email was answered within hours and I always got a call back. I would recommend this firm to anybody that is in need of their service. They got the exact amount from my insurance company that I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for everything!

My husband used them a few years ago for a car accident. They see those cases as “ let’s just do this so we can close the case”. I personally was not fully satisfied. We initially came to them because of the great reviews.

I would recommend this firm and will use them again if I am ever unfortunate enough to be in another accident. They made the whole process very easy for me. Mitchell was great to work with and always responded to my lengthy list of questions and frequent phone calls. My only suggestion/critique to the firm would be to schedule calls at regular intervals with clients. These cases take a long time to develop so I would call after a few weeks just to check-in and typically we were still waiting on the next step of the process from the insurance co's end. I always felt bad 'nagging' Mitchell (even though he didn't seem to mind) and it could all be avoided with regular scheduled calls (every few weeks). Just food for thought. As I said, they did a good job, was happy with their service and would use again! Mitchell was great and worked to get me the best offer possible!

I came to them after an absolutely awful experience with prior attorneys. Mick took the time to address my concerns and immediately made me feel more at ease. As the next few months followed I became more and more comfortable as I worked with Mick and Vita. Vita was always so pleasant and made me feel like I mattered. I hired Park Chenaur & Associates to help out with a car accident that wasn’t my fault.
