I could clearly tell that they did everything that they could to get me the best possible deal, Michael Pinedo, the one that took my case was there at any moment to answer to all of my questions in detail, he was amazing, this people really do work for their clients, and their clients are their priority, I would totally recommend this place to friends and family.

I would like to share my experience with Mitchell Piñedo at Park Chenaur not only did I get a good buck back but he guided me & advised me to the right direction in this scary situation. This has been my first bumper to bumper Accident, I had no clue what to do? I had so many questions & well it was just not fair that the gal who crashed my car was texting & speeding.I knew it was just not okay. I was in so much pain & the other parties insurance kept calling me numerous times trying to settle for $250 this was not even going to cover my car damages & my injuries. I did some research & I found Park Chenaur. I met with MITCHELL PIÑEDO that same week he was absolutely helpful, Very professional and his work ethics are just wonderful. He advised me the pros & cons with the other parties insurance & I did not sign them nothing I'm so gald I didn't . Mitchell Piñedo would follow up with me once a month just to see how I was doing. My experience with Mr Rick at Park Chenaur was very professional. All the staff i encounter with was very friendly and nice, the best part is that they don't just leave you hanging or feel alone. Not friendly, completely rude in their intake process. I called to get help and information and instead was questioned as if they were prosecuting me. Yes, I have a confusing claim but that doesn't mean you jump down my back at the first sentence out of your mouth as soon as your reception transfers me to the para legal. First question: "why did you wait so long to file your claim?" (Accusatory tone of voice) and then badgered from there in a condescending manner. This person obviously thinks highly of themselves that they are the authority and must make you know they know more than you. How does that attract clients? If you want to be treated like you're an idiot then just give this firm a call! Their staff need serious lessons in how to talk to potential clients seeking help. I don't know how these things necessarily work and that's why I'm calling. Explaining and educating rather than attacking can go a lot farther!

I wasn't sure what to do after my little daughter and I got in a car accident. When I was in a car accident I was referred to Park Chenaur and Associates to handle the accident. They were very thorough and I recommend them to all of my family and friends because I know they will be taken care of. I didn't know where to start to handle things and felt lost until they helped me with everything and I hardly had to do a thing.

I would highly recommend my friends and family to Park Chenaur and associates. I was rear ended 6 weeks after having a C-Section, it caused some medical issues but Park Chenaur took care of everything! I wanted to spend my maternity leave with my baby not worrying about a car accident and I was able to do just that. They are all so friendly and easy to work with!! I recommend them!

I deeply regret hiring Park and Chenaur for legal help following my auto accident in November of 2013. I will suffer from back and neck problems and severe loss of ability resulting from my accident for the rest of my life. Delay after delay stretched out to well over two years after my accident before they even got me an arbitration hearing. I had great medical evidence and testimony from my Dr. as to the injuries that were suffered in this accident and Mr. Pustai told me several times that he fully expected to get the most allowed at arbitration based on my case. A week or two before my hearing Mr. Pustai tells me casually that he won't be at my hearing but that he will send Mr. Andrew Kim in his place. I was assured that Mr. Kim was experienced and more than capable. After an absolutely horrible job of presenting my case to the arbitrator and on the way out of the arbitration hearing Mr. Kim discloses to me, "I really hope that you felt like you got your money's worth because I have never done that before." I was absolutely shocked. I never felt like Mr. Pustai was ever sincere with me but for him to send a total rookie with ZERO experience to represent me while telling me he was seasoned was the last straw. When confronted with this news Mr. Pustai still tried to sheepishly claim that Mr. Kim was experienced and instead lamely offered a discount when he could no longer deny Mr. Kim's complete inexperience. What I signed on for was top notch professional legal help (which is what I was promised by Lola Serna and Mik Pustai) but what I received was bush league rookie help and I can't describe how disappointed I am with the whole process and the results. Rick Park had to eventually step in to clean up the mess that Mr. Pustai left him, finally getting me a meager check. (Less than half of what Mr. Pustai told me he could get me based on the evidence prior to the arbitration hearing.) Mr. Park apologized for the way everything transpired and he made me his top priority, stepping in to expedite finalizing things to try to make up for my poor prior treatment. The amount was extremely disappointing but at that point I had absolutely no confidence in their ability to go to trial and get it right. I hold Mr. Pustai directly responsible for not showing up to my hearing, sending a person with ZERO arbitration hearing experience in his place, and then just basically abandoning the case making me go to Mr. Park to clean up the mess. It was a horrible experience and I would strongly advise anyone needing caring, timely, and sincere legal help to look elsewhere.
