Janal is thoroughly exceptional. I had to engage counsel for a major modification to change parenting plan and sole decision making. With her representation, I was granted all requests and my daughter is flourishing. Early in the proceedings I was working with another attorney and realized I needed stronger representation. Janal was my 3rd attorney after years of custody issues. She expertly picked up the ball and ran with it after my previous attorney failed me miserably. She is down to earth, honest and trustworthy. She is not psychic and cannot ensure your outcome but she will straight up tell you if you are crazy for perusing more legal action than is necessary. As my legal representation, all actions by this attorney led to failure. She ignored critical facts that clearly were important to the matter. She refused to listen and accept suggestions that were crucial to the case. Consequently, these deficiencies led to a defective product that made matters much worse.
