It was so relieving having Raj handle my divorce. Two days after I told my ex I wanted a divorce she went into a court and filed a protection order, kicked me out of the house, and proceeded to hold my dogs hostage. Raj got the protection order dropped and helped reach a settlement outside of court that I feel was fair. My ex was very aggressive and vindictive, but Raj completely dismantled her in court and helped me have a successful divorce. If you're going to be sitting in front of a judge, you can't afford not to have Raj on your side!

Bains Law Firm is absolutely phenomenal. They treat you like you are part of their Family! My case involved a parenting plan & then several years later a modification of support; expecting modification of parenting plan within the 2020 year. Raj stepped into a case that I was losing through self-representation because of the other parents manipulation of information. The other parent's deceit was ultimately discovered by the court, by way of a risk evaluation through Family Court Services & Raj was able to quickly and effectively modify the proposed parenting plan to support recommendations of the evaluation, which was approved. Court can be slow going and painful, especially in matters if great emotion like divorce and children. Raj is on your side and makes you feel validated in your concerns and feelings, while also understanding how the courts work and knowing when something isn't going to go the way you want. I continue to use and recommend him and his team!

I have made an consultation appointment with Raj in January of 2019 and have hired him right then and there for my Parenting Plan Modification case. Raj is very knowledgeable, professional, kept me informed all the way through the case. He gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Over the course of the last year my children and I have been through extreme duress and undergone a very challenging, uphill legal battle.
